Definitely. However, this would require a Consultation to understand and assess the circumstances and reasons for the refusal.

We provide services for all types of applications to clients from any Country and all provinces in Canada, except for Quebec immigration programs.

Processing Time:
a) Preparation of Application Before Submission: Our team typically takes about 7 business days to review and submit the application to IRCC once the personalized document checklist is completed by the client. However, depending on the type of program, it may take anywhere from 1 week to 6 months for the client to gather all required documents.
b) After Submission of the Client Application: The processing times by IRCC vary based on:

• Type of application
• Country of residence
• Canadian Visa Office
• Interview requirements
• Number of applications under consideration (backlog)

Please refer to the processing times tool for further details. The IRCC processing times may be affected nationally or regionally due to backlog, potentially leading to delays in processing your application. Therefore, we strongly advise you to book a consultation (hyperlink to Iraj) at your earliest convenience to minimize any potential delays.

Authorized representatives are those who have been licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants. Only authorized representatives are allowed to represent to represent you in a visa, permit, immigration or citizenship application and communicate with the Government of Canada on your behalf.
Kanwar Shahi is licensed Canadian immigration consultant, a member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants, and is authorized by the Canadian government to represent your interests in all immigration matters. The authorized representative can help you file your application and represent in your behalf for immigration, citizenship, or temporary residence applications with:

• Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), or
• Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB),
• Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA).

Please be aware, that using an unauthorized representative, in Canada or abroad, may result in IRCC returning or refusing your application. Choose your representative carefully.
The College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) website has a register of all licensed Immigration Consultants with their license numbers that can be used by the public to verify that they are currently in good standing.

Our packages offer a range of services tailored to various requirements and are customized to provide affordable immigration solutions

• Full Representation (FR) package: Complete end-to-end support including authorized representation, unlimited consultations, customized document checklist, preparation of all government forms, supporting letters, tailored submission letter, and ongoing post-submission support.
• Do It Yourself (DIY) package: Structured guidance for self-managed applications. Includes comprehensive review of forms and documents, personalized checklist, and expert preparation support. Client handles submission independently. Available for select permanent residence and citizenship applications only.
• Confidence package: Professional pre-submission review for self-prepared applications. Features detailed assessment by immigration consultant, one-hour feedback session, and 15-minute follow-up appointment for final clarifications.
• Consultation: 30 or 60-minute sessions conducted online or by phone, strictly limited to allocated time. Terms governed by Consultation Agreement.

In this option, we make a preliminary evaluation of your credentials and suggest the options that might be suited for you to choose to either come to Canada or become a Permanent Resident. We also explain the various service options available to prepare and submit your application. There is no charge for this service.

When you book a consultation, you can expect a detailed evaluation of your profile. Based upon the details such as your current status, age, work experience, educational qualifications, language skills, etc. we advise the best possible strategy and programs that would be most suited to your requirements. The consultation fees vary as per the duration of the appointment.

The consultations are usually conducted online through Google Meets, where multiple participants can join from any location and use the screen sharing tool conveniently. We also do phone consultations based upon your convenience.
Please note you are under no obligation to retain our services following the consultation session.

Yes, the Initial Consultation fee can be fully credited and this depends upon the choice of service package.

We accept Interac e- Transfer as well as International Wire payments. We accept fees in CAD from clients based in Canada. These would be applicable to sales tax. For all international clients the payments would be in USD and are exempt from any tax.

For most PR applications, we do provide the option for instalments when you opt for our full representation package. Payments are collected as per various stages of the application as detailed in the Service Agreement.
Please note, that all applications with DIY, Confidence packages and Consultations would require full down payment as defined in the Service Agreement after the initial appointment. For further details, please refer to the policy of the specific package you’re interested in.

Some of the services include discounted add-ons per applicant. You may also be eligible for a discount if you are a returning client or decide to retain Iraj Immigration for two or more separate applications.

The prices quoted for our services does not include any government fees or disbursements (language exam fees, biometrics fee, medical insurance premiums, police verification fees, etc.).

There is no guarantee on the approval of your application, since the final decision is entirely on the immigration officer. At Iraj Immigration Consulting, we apply all our expertise in maximizing your chances of success.
We offer a one-time free resubmission in case your application is refused, if you have opted for the full representation package. This however does not include any government application fees. This offer is not applicable in situations where the client has provided incomplete or misleading information or documents that are false or fraudulent.

Our refund policy varies depending on the program. We strongly recommend reviewing Section 8 (Refund Policy) and of our Service agreement before proceeding with any payments.
For DIY services provided by Iraj Immigration Consulting, Inc., fees are typically due upon completion of the initial appointment. For further details, please refer to the specific package’s policy.
